General
What is The Yes Collective all about?
We are a mental and emotional health platform that provides therapeutic support to people outside of traditional therapy. Our team of therapists, psychologists, and researchers are dedicated to helping everyone thrive in the face of exhuastion, overfilled schedules, too many demands, and not enough support.
Our platform combines expert-designed mental and emotional wellness resources, practices, workshops, and events with therapist-guided programs.
How do you vet your experts?
Every person on our expert therapy team is a licensed therapist or credentialed psychologist or researcher. We've got a whole crew of PhDs, PsyDs, LMFTs, LCSWs with professional credentials in their field, years of experience working with clients, and a heart for thriving no matter what.

Yes Collective App - Studio Circles
What’s a Studio Circle?
Everything we do in the Yes Collective is focused on bringing people transformative, fresh ideas and practices that can immediately improve their emotional health journey. Every day in the Yes Collective app, our therapy team brings you daily tools that boost your emotional fitness, like how-tos, guided meditations, quick practices, and lots of knowledge on how your inner world works.
We also have step-by-step, live group therapy workshops we call Studio Circles. These are topic-based, 4-week, live online programs that take members through an emotional fitness journey. Our foundational Studio Circle for the workplace is called Stepping Into You. We're also building out dozens of other topic-based Circles such as Internal Family Systems for Beginners, Embracing Your Inner Critic, Deep Self-Discovery, Authentic Relationships, Emotional Release Breathwork, and Embodied Emotional Healing.
