Net Carbs: 10 grams
Protein: 9 grams

Directions

Simply add all ingredients to blender, blend until smooth, and enjoy!

You may also freeze pumpkin puree in ice cube trays (measure 1/4 cup in each) and freeze.

For Carbohydrate conscious: Reduce pumpkin puree to 1/4 cup, remove frozen banana, add 3 drops Liquid Stevia "maple" flavor. These substitutions will reduce net carbohydrate grams to 3 grams per serving.

Kids Can Cook Tips: Turn this into a taste test by using different protein powders and discussing which they like the best. Most grocery stores are carrying different protein powders in individual serving sizes just for this purpose! Talk with the kids about the fiber and the Vitamin A from the pumpkin - how it not only tastes like "fall" but also helps to support the body.
